Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original Hedonist packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
